He was predeceased by: his parents, William Lankford and Dorothy Lankford. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis; his children, Hillary Sanford (Andrew) and Robbie Bennie (Brook); his stepchildren, Heather Daniels (Josh) and Justin Colley (Ashley); his mother-in-law Opal Dees; and his grandchildren, Hawkins, Bayler, Lucas, Skyy, Trent, Cooper, Hayes, Peyton, Claire and Jack.
