He was predeceased by: his parents, William Mouser and Gladys Hoover-Mouser; and his brother James Mouser. He is survived by: his wife Brenda Sutton; his son Kenneth Mouser (Leslie) of Southaven, Mississippi; his siblings, Doyce Mouser (Charlotte) of West Memphis, David T. Mouser (Martha Jane) of Greenbrier, Arkansas, Audrey Chrestman (Richard) of Proctor, Mary Alice Thomas (Larry) of Longview and Linda Mouser of West Memphis; and his grandchildren, Grant Mouser, Will Mouser (Sierra), Lydia Walden (Luke), Ella Goins and Gio Mouser.
