He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Jean Bennett, Frank and Sissy Norris; and his aunt Debbie Huggins. He is survived by: his parents, Frank Bennett, Jr. and Sharon Miller (Bennett); his wife Ann Bennett; his children, Dustin Bennett, Amber Bennett and Alyssa Bennett; and his granddaughter Elizabeth Ann Bennett. He is also survived by other aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and other family members.

In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to the Muscular Dystrophy Association or to LeBonheur Children's Hospital.
