She is survived by: her husband Stephen Ellis Chism (Steve) of Atoka, TN; her daughters, Sheryl Chantay Belanger of Florence, CO and Stephanie Sheree Herring of Bartlett, TN; her granddaughter Jessica Elizabeth Lott of Memphis, TN; her great grandchild Ella Snow Lott of Memphis, TN; her brother Glynn Scott Blackard of Munford, TN; her sisters-in-law, Sandra Jean Blackard of Drummonds, TN and Renee Blackard of Munford, TN; her sons-in-law, Jeffrey Michael Belanger of Florence, CO and Brad Herring of Bartlett, TN; and her grandson-in-law Mitchell Lott.
