She is survived by: her husband Leroy Burgess; her daughters, Dawn Bruce (John) and Holli Cohoon; her grandchildren, Tyler Powell (Joe) and Baylee Carnahan; her great grandchildren, Cooper Powell, Piper Powell, Mac Whitt and Rosie Whitt; and her uncle Frank R. Allen.
