He was predeceased by: his parents, Roland Hartzell Bolyard and Mary Margaret Victor Bolyard. He is survived by: his brother Dr. Russell L. Bolyard (Callie English-Bolyard).

Due to COVID, there will be no services.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations be sent to the Memphis Humane Society.
