He is survived by: his brothers, Gene, Michael (Shelia) and Jerry (Karen); and his nieces and nephews, Carey Collins, Bronson Collins, Brett Collins, Nikki Hannegan, Kristen Day and Courtney Haynes. He is also survived by great nieces, great nephews and numerous cousins.
