It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Paul Vincent Giannini in Bartlett, Tennessee, who passed away on June 24, 2024, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his wife Susan Giannini; his son William "Bill" Giannini; his parents, Louis Giannini and Mary Giannini; and his brother Fred Giannini.

He is survived by: his children, Paul "Andy" Giannini, Brett Giannini (Mara), Carlye Corder (Michael) and Ben Giannini (Megan); his daughter-in-law Michelle Giannini; and his sisters, Mary Louise Grubbs and Rose Marie Kelley. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, and 12 great-grandchildren.
