He was predeceased by: his wife Tracy Crouch; his parents, Sue Crouch and Archie Crouch; and his siblings, Patricia Crouch, Linda Ross and Thomas Crouch.
He is survived by: his children, Torrie Arnold, Tara Crouch, Aaron Crouch and Samantha Baltimore; his grandchildren, Aubree Mendoza, Roman Boyd and Morgan Crouch; and his siblings, Betty Monasco, Peggy Finney, Wanda Dowell and Michael Falanga.
