He was predeceased by: his parents, Noel Jerome Monroe, Sr. and Patricia Gail Foley Monroe. He is survived by: his son Nicholas Monroe (Lexi) of Atoka, TN; his brother Kevin Monroe of Iuka, MS; his grandchildren, Ryder Patten Monroe and Raelyn Paislee Monroe of Atoka, TN; the mother of his child Kris Schielke of Memphis, TN; and his pet Lily.
