He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Armstrong, and Dorothy Armstrong, Sr.; and his stepfather Richard Martz. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Armstrong; his sons, Bill Armstrong (Lynn) and Adam Armstrong (Mary); his grandchildren, Brian Armstrong, Cooper Armstrong, Andrew Armstrong, Ali Turpin (John Ed), Katie Garrard (CJ) and Nick Concklin; his great grandchildren, John Brooks Turpin and Lainey Turpin; and his siblings, Joyce Craig (Ed), Elbert Martz and Richard Martz (Wanda).
Memorials may be made to Le Bonheur Children's Hospital in Milton's honor.
