He was predeceased by: his father James Norman Warwick. He is survived by: his mother Martha Warwick of Bartlett, Tennessee; his children, Lana Bouchard of Palm Coast, Florida, Mitchell Warwick of Jacksonville, Florida and Meghan Warwick of Saint Augustine, Florida; his siblings, James Warwick of Memphis, Mary Sanders of South Lake and Marina Warwick of Midtown-Memphis, Tennessee; and his grandsons, Adam Bouchard Jr., Benjamin Holloway and Noah Holloway. He is also survived by eleven nieces and six nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorials be sent to Ellendale Baptist Church.
