He was predeceased by: his father Jerry O'Mearns. He is survived by: his wife Sharon O'Mearns; his children, Riley O'Mearns, Adam O'Mearns and Brady O'Mearns; his mother Judi O'Mearns; his sister Sandy Delaney (Martin); his niece Haylie Schadt; his nephew Kian Delaney; and his uncle Steve Wiltgen.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to West Cancer Center in Mike's honor.
