She was predeceased by: her grandmother Sharolyn Ballard. She is survived by: her parents, Brian Smith and Rachel Smith; her siblings, Kelci, Kassidi, Shae and Kai; and her grandparents, Judi Geller, Rich Ballard, Donna, Harvie Sweeney, Charles and Deborah Smith.
