She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Cloys and Lena Henderson Cloys; her husband Charles Irick; and her brothers, George and Harvey Cloys.

She is survived by: her children, Michael Hayes and Angela Humphrey. She is also survived by five grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
