She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernice Williams and Hollis Pate. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Bill A Graham, Victoria "Pepper" Veerhusen, Jamie Hailey and Regina Veerhusen Burkhart (Nick); and her daughter Brenda Warren Veerhusen (Joseph). She is also survived by four grandchildren, two great-grandchildren many nieces, nephews, and loved friends.
She supported Parkinson research and the family asks for donations to Mid-South Parkinson Support Group & Foundation, 1512 Pine Shadows Dr., Memphis, TN 38120 in lieu of flowers.
