He is survived by: his wife Shelley (Saranto); his children, Adam, James Perkins, Kalin, Mary Perkins, Charlie Marie (Colton Mohrland) of Munford, TN and Lucielle (Mathew Blalack) of Cordova, TN; his brothers, James Perkins (Penny) of Colville, WA, Peter Perkins, Rick Yang of Tucson, AZ and Andrew Perkins (Rachel) of Ellensburg, WA; his sister-in-law Cathy Perkins; and his sisters, Mary Perkins of Woodburn, OR and Helen Perkins of Woodburn, OR. He is also survived by six grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
