She was predeceased by: her husband Billy D. McFarland. She is survived by: her daughters, Rita McFarland and Gale Kula; her son-in-law Martin Kula; her grandsons, Thomas Kula of Bartlett and Andrew Kula of Bartlett; her wife Gerald Pickens of Jackson; and also Thresia Pickens of Jackson.

The family requests that in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Alzheimer's Foundation of America.
