He was predeceased by: his father Joe Pat Futrell. He is survived by: his mother Sonya Carol Miller Futrell; his sister Melanie Carol Futrell Cardile; his nieces and nephews, Cody James Cardile (Lindsey) and Abbey Carol Cardile (Alex Anderson); and his daughter Phoenix Dae Oliver. He is also survived by numerous extended family members and lifelong friends.
