It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Witt Pitman (Bartlett, Tennessee), who passed away on December 25, 2020, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Earl and Georgia Inez; and his brothers, William Earl Jr. and Thomas Coleman. He is survived by: his wife Barbara; and his son Jeff Scott (Terry). He is also survived by 4 grandchildren, step daughter, 2 stepsons and four step grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held at 2pm, on Wednesday, December 30, 2020, in Rosemark Cemetery, due to the pandemic, attendance is optional.
The family requests, in lieu of flowers, donations made to St. Jude in memory of William (Bill) Pittman.
