He was predeceased by: his parents, Perry Hatley and Ella Mae Hatley; and his son Michael Hatley. He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Sue Hatley; his children, Suzanne Hatley Featherston (Steve) and Phillip Hatley (Erin); his grandchildren, Michael Howie, Steven Featherston, Rachel Hatley and Jacob Hatley; and his great grandchildren, Cade Howie, Carter Featherston, Taygan McCullar, Maya Howie, Elijah Horton and Elijah Featherston.
