She was predeceased by: her parents, Guy M. Hopper and Vera Hopper (Curle). She is survived by: her husband Joe; her daughter Celia Hares (Scott); her son-in-law Leland Hares; her granddaughters, Rita Hall (Matt) and Donna Williamson (Marvin); her great grandchildren, Victoria Thornton Smith (Jamie), Chris Knox, Melanie Hall, Nick Thornton (Carrlie) and Mya Williamson; her great great grandchildren, Charlottee Rickman and Alice Victoria Thornton; her nieces, Sonia Wright Thomas and Diana Wilson; and her siblings, Nathan Hopper, Vernell and Jane Hopper.
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorials be made to Crossroads Hospice and/or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, or the charity of your choice.
