He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Pinkston and Wilma Pinkston; his wife Barbara Ann Pinkston; and his brothers, Robert Pinkston, Otis Pinkston and Maurice Pinkston.
He is survived by: his children, Mark Pinkston (Cheri) and Tammy Williams; his grandchildren, Alex Pinkston (Shelby), Claire Hudson (Austin), Matthew Pinkston (Leah), Bailey Williams, Kylie Williams and Mya Williams; his great grandchildren, Maclaine Pinkston, Graham Pinkston, Dottie Pinkston, Eleanor Hudson and Ari Pinkston; his sisters, Shirley Taylor and Dottie Mitchell; and his sisters-in-law, Beulah Pinkston, Jean Pinkston and Linda Pinkston.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donation be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
