She is survived by: her son Philip Querica (Doniell Dentice) of Palm Desert, California; her grandchildren, Hayden Cook, Jack of Kuna, Idaho and Bella Cook of Kuna, Idaho; her sister Sylvia Woolever of Anchorage, Alaska; her sister-in-law Penny Hall of Athens, Georgia; her cousins, Karen Garlow of Marietta, Georgia, Anita Enoch of Yadkinville and Renee Caudle of Valrico, Florida; and her close friend Meaghan Barnett of Colona, Illinois.
