She was predeceased by: her husband Ray Eugene Heath, Sr.; her parents, W. Powell Wilbanks and Daisy L. Flake; and her son Ray Eugene Heath, Jr.. She is survived by: her son Alan Heath (Tina); her grandchildren, Christine Heath Essary (Robert), Jason Heath, Amanda Cockrum (James), Brian Heath (Chelsee) and Robert "Bobby" Heath; her great grandchildren, Alicia Herbert (David), Christopher Miller (Kayla), Caleb Heath, Connor Heath, Isabella Heath, Zachary Cockrum and Troy Heath; and her great great grandchild Amelia Herbert.
In lieu of flowers, the family recommends sending in memory donations to either St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Sue's church Bartlett Hills Baptist Church on Ellendale Road in Bartlett, Tennessee.
