He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henry Biggs and Hazel Goode Biggs. He is survived by: his wife Loretta Todd Biggs; his children, Vickie Biggs Foust, Robbie Jo Biggs (Walt), Edward "Sonny" Ellis Biggs, Jr. (Rose), Renee Biggs Wikander (Eric), Brad Louis Biggs (Holley-Marie) and Martie Biggs Ray; and his brothers, Henry Maurice Biggs (Patricia) and Robert Wayne Biggs, Sr. (Lewana). He is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren.
