He is survived by: his wife Beverly Mullis; his daughters, Kelly Pettit (Chuck) of Bartlett and Karen Mullis (Coop) of Bartlett; his sister Cathie (Bill); his sister-in-law Ruth (Butch); his nephew Matt (Lisa) of Petaluma, CA.; and his grandchildren, Zachary (Meagan), Benjamin (Kyra), Caitlyn (Carlo), Nick (Emily), Chas (Shelby), Joshua, Lisa and Palmer. He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.
