She was predeceased by: her father James Cody; and her father-in-law Larry Pegrim. She is survived by: her mother Virginia Meeks Cody; her husband William Andrew Pegrim; her children, Alana Parotte (Daniel Parotte), Addison Pegrim (Summer Pegrim) and Chase Pegrim (Lauren Pegrim); her siblings, Donna Cody and Eddie Cody; her grandchildren, Tegan Parotte, Avery Parotte, Desteny Foster, Dalton King, Bailey King, Madison King, Harley Pegrim and Levi Pegrim; and her pet Juliet Pegrim.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the First Evangelical Church (735 Ridge Lake Blvd, Memphis, TN 38120). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be directed to St. Jude Memorial Giving in Honor of Diane Pegrim, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105-9959.
