David Lee Condit Obituary

We are sad to announce that on May 18, 2024, at the age of 93, David Lee Condit (Bartlett, Tennessee), born in Evansville, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

Though David has departed this earthly realm, his legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May his spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.

He was predeceased by: his sons, David Jr. and Michael; his grandson Matthew Adamson; and his great grandchild Noah Rhea. He is survived by: his wife Edie Condit; and his daughters, Vickie Bermensolo, Pam Rhea and Jackie Thomas.

From 1991 until Covid (2020), he dedicated his life to Prison Ministries within Shelby County and the City of Memphis.
