He is survived by: his wife Donna Holder; his children, Britnee Underwood (Rhett) and Dennis Holder; his stepson Jon LeVaugh (Tyna); his grandchildren, Ava Underwood, Carson Underwood, Mason Underwood, Shelby Holder and Serenity Holder; and his siblings, Brenda Carroll and Jerry Holder.
