He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil Hawkinson and Faith Hawkinson; and his wife Leona. He is survived by: his sons, David of Memphis, TN and Michael of Basehor, KS; his granddaughter Kaitlin of Leavenworth, KS; and his siblings, Patrick of Killdeer, ND, Donald of Butte, MT, Robert of Tulsa, OK, Patricia of Dunn Center, ND and Mabel of Loveland, CO.. He is also survived by one of 13 siblings, and he had three sets of twin siblings.
