She was predeceased by: her husband James Hillberry (Jim); and her sister Evelyn Harris (George). She is survived by: her children, Greg Abel, Steve Abel (Janet), Kelly Abel (Lori), Adam Abel and Kevin Abel (Renee). She is also survived by seventeen grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Memphis Funeral Home and Memorial Gardens (3700 N Germantown Pkwy, Bartlett, TN 38133). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A committal service was held on Wednesday, February 5th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Memphis Funeral Home & Memorial Gardens (3700 N Germantown Pkwy, Bartlett, TN 38133).
