He is survived by: his wife Linda; his daughters, Kandy Williams, Mary Cuyler (Tim) and Diana Adams (Alan); his grandchildren, Brandy Aplin (David), Chris Williams, Alex Bien (Courtney), Taylor Gottfried (Kody), Justin Adams and Jenifer Cuyler; his great grandchildren, Avery, Evie Aplin, Kolton, Kamryn Gottfried and Dallas Bien; his sister Janet McCutchen; and his nephew Mike Misenheimer (Shelly).
