He is survived by: his wife Debi; his sons, Joey (Traci) of Florence, AL and Wes (Kaki) of Collierville, TN; his grandchildren, Camden and Kendi; and his siblings, Sherrill Smithey (Chuck) of Knoxville, TN, Jeff (Donna) of Collierville, TN and Steve (Allison) of Bristol, TN. He is also survived by family members, many dear friends.
