She was predeceased by: her husband Don Haynes. She is survived by: her sons, Donnie Haynes (Linda) and Bryan Haynes (Becky); her sister Janice McFadden; her grandchildren, Kristin Meier (Josh), Keith Haynes, Kaitlin Haynes, Casey Fish (Cole) and Cody Haynes; and her great grandchildren, Michaela Meier and Benjamin Meier.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorials be made to Tunnels to Towers Foundation, or the charity of choice.
