It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barry Fulton Payne (Bartlett, Tennessee), born in Memphis, Tennessee, who passed away on January 26, 2021, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Randolph Fulton Payne. He is survived by: his mother Joan Parker Payne; his wife Lisa Loft Payne; his daughter Amanda Payne Davidson (Brian); his grandson Nicholas Fulton Davidson; and his siblings, Becky Payne Williams (Rick) of Bartlett and Keith Payne (Trish) of Arrington. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
