We are sad to announce that on October 26, 2023, at the age of 68, Barbara Ann Tugwell of Bartlett, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her husband Christopher'Big Chris'Tugwell; and her parents, Jacob "Jack" Rosenman and Caroline Mary Fitzgerald (Rosenman). She is survived by: her son Michael Burgess (Lauren Beth); her granddaughter Hannah; her son Christopher Burgess (America); her granddaughter Andria; her daughter Caroline Burgess; her grandchildren, Jacob (Tim), Courtney (Heath) and Sophia; her siblings, Judith (Tukha) and Joseph; and her friend Betty Cox.

The family welcomes donations to The King's Daughters and Sons Home as an expression of sympathy instead of flowers.
