She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Gail Bean and Mathew Romero of Santa Barbara; her children, Mercedes (Mercy) and Tony Ybarra; her grandchildren, Mark Morelos and Bela Figueroa; her great grandchild Brook Morelos; her siblings, Fred Romero and Frances Jaramillo (Art); her nieces, Olivia Jaramillo and Melissa Sandoval (Michael); and her nephew Joey Jaramillo.
Barbara was proud to be a member of the Crochet and Knitting Club of Santa Barbara, with most of the clubs creations being donated to charity.
