He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert and Hallie Black, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Sisco Black; his son Anthony Black (Rhonda); his stepdaughter Jessica Maghes; and his sister Beverly Roth (Fritz). He is also survived by 4 grandchildren.

Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
