Fred T. Vines (Tommy) wrote a sympathy message

“In loving memory of Thomas Ray McNeely, Hey Ole Buddy, I write this with tears in my eyes. You were the brother that I never had. I could always count on you to be by my side through thick and thin. Your family was mine as mine were yours. We had some great dreams as kids, wanting to travel the USA. I know that you are in a better place now, no more suffering , no more pain. I will never forget you, you were the very best friend that I ever had. I will miss you dearly. Your Old Buddy, Tom”
