He was predeceased by: his parents, E. Dana Cox, Jr. and Mabel Cox; and his brother E. Dana Cox, III. He is survived by: his wife Marian Cox; his children, Billy Cox (Krissy), Jason Cox and Jessi Waugh (Carson); and his siblings, Michael Cox (Kathy) and Michelle Andrews. He is also survived by three grandchildren.
