She was predeceased by: her parents, Anne Pearce and Adolf Pearce; her husband Grover Lee Brown; her grandson Christopher William Haley; her great grandchild John Michael Davis; and her sister Jeanne Francisco.
She is survived by: her children, James Alvin Delashmitt, Deborah Ann Benton and Candice Gay Haley; her siblings, Gay Shetter, David Pearce and Albert Pearce; and her grandchildren, Jennifer Joy Davis, Jamie Danyele Hubbard, Jina Maria Benton, Malinda Dawn Haley, Danny McClendon and Roy Dwight Benton, Jr.. She is also survived by ten great grandchildren and seven great great grandchildren.
