He was predeceased by: his parents, John Leach and Ruby Tedder Leach; and his brother John Allen Leach. He is survived by: his wife Betsy Dutton Leach of Auburntown; his children, Deborah Ruth Leach of Auburntown and Anthony Leach (Paula) of Woodbury; his grandchildren, Anna Leach and Allen Leach; and his siblings-in-law, Joyce Leach, Tammy McNatt (Tim) and Bobby Dutton (Joyce). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
