He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James Powers and Bobbie Helen Smith Powers; his daughter Lesley Lyell; his sisters, Tina Powers and Treasa Shepphard; his daughters, Bethanie Hall (Brad) of Bradford and Autumn Campbell (Dustin) of Bradford; and his brother Terry Powers (Christy) of Milan. He was also cherished by eight grandchildren.
