With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Leonard Dean Smith Jr. of Atwood, Tennessee, born in Trezevant, Tennessee, who passed away on December 19, 2021 at the age of 66. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Dean, Sr. and Bertha Louise Smith; and his son Dustin Smith. He is survived by: his wife Carol Smith of Atwood; his children, Josh Smith (Erin) of Jackson and Tara Nicole Smith of Huntingdon; and his sister Helen Louise Smith of Atwood. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren.
