He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Elizabeth Selvey; his children, Steve Selvey (Donna), Lynn Hudgens (Jack) and Glenn Selvey (Tammy); his stepchildren, Alan Nossem (Kelly), Carol Kilbourn (Mark) and Adam Nossem; his siblings, Robert, Bruce (Margie), Elizabeth Johnson (Lee), Jack Walker (Shelby) and Christine Walker; and also Beal. He was also cherished by grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
