She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Thomas and Ruby Dial Thomas; and her brothers, Doyle Thomas, Kenneth Thomas, Bobby Thomas and Danny Thomas.
She is survived by: her husband Jerry Caldwell of Atwood, TN; her daughters, Deborah McAlexander (Jeff) of Atwood, TN, Monya Hansel of Atwood, TN and Angie Trull of McKenzie, TN; her siblings, Donny Thomas of North Carolina and Shirley Williams (Garland) of Hickman, KY.; her grandchildren, Matt Caldwell (Morgan), Raini Hansel and Isabella Hansel; and her great grandchildren, Grayson Caldwell and Zoey Caldwell.
