He was predeceased by: his parents, Brodia H. Curtis and Katherine Blankenship Curtis; and his brother Howard L. Curtis. He is survived by: his significant other Betty Merritt; his significant other's children, Sheila Sutton-Triplett (John), Sheri Sutton and Sandy Sutton; his siblings, Brodia H. Curtis (JoAnn) of Grant Park, IL and Betty Wilson of Atwood; and his sister-in-law Judy Curtis of Big Sandy. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
