She is survived by: her sons, Shannon Butler of Atwood and Jeremy Butler of Gallatin; her siblings, Beth Stulz of Huntsville, AL and Larry McLemore of Atwood; her grandchildren, Andrew Butler (Hannah), Aaron Butler and McKenna Smith; and her great grandchild Avery Butler.
