He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse B. Mayo and Opal Vawter Mayo; and his siblings, R. J. Mayo, James Mayo (Jackie) of Milan, TN, Linda Floyd and Barbara Farley.
He is survived by: his wife Martha Mayo; his daughter Stacy Ricketts (Mike) of Greenfield, TN.; his grandchildren, Brody Stanford (Jessica) of Goodlettsville, TN, Dale Stanford of Atwood, TN, Amber Ricketts of Dresden, TN, Daniel Ricketts (Maggie) of Lexington, TN, Savanna Cobb of Greenfield, TN and Ollie-Ann Ricketts of Mt; and his siblings, Ralph Mayo (Emily) of Bradford, TN, Jerry Mayo (Sherry) of Trenton, TN. and Judy Nelson (Besides).
